In Bordeaux, there are one international airport and one fast train (TGV) station. The symposium will take place in Bordeaux historical centre in the historic buildings of the University (35 place Pey-Berland 33000 Bordeaux) which are easily accessible by public transport. 

From the airport:

At the bus stop "Aéroport Terminus" (out of Terminal B), take the bus liane 1 to "Gare Saint-Jean". Get off at the stop "Lycées de Mérignac".

Then, take the Tramway A to "La Gardette - Bassens - Carbon-Blanc". Get off at the stop "Hôtel de ville".

From the TGV train station (Gare Saint-Jean):

Option 1:  Take the bus liane 1 and get off at the stop "Hôtel de ville".

Option 2:  Take the Tramway C to "Parc des Expositions". Get off at the stop "Porte de Bourgogne".

Then, take the Tramway A to "Pint Galant" and get off at the stop "Hôtel de Ville".
